During the transaction of title deed, you should consider some transaction expenses such as purchase tax, revolving fund fees, notary public expenses and official translator costs.
Purchase tax should be paid before the completion of formalities which is % 4 of total purchase price. This sum is paid by buyer and seller equally. (% 2 buyer and % 2 seller). In addition to that there is a revolving fund paid only at once during the purchase. This revolving fund differs every year and announced annually by the government.
