If you are Turkish Citizens real estate transaction normally completed within maximum 2-3 working days at Land Registry Office. If you are non citizens, certain formalities and official approvals will be required.
To complete the title deed transaction smoothly and comfortably, we make sure to prepare the necessary documents for buyer/s in advance. The required documents for applications differ for Turkish citizens, foreign citizens and legal entities. After providing necessary documents, the property buyers are prepared for purchase tax that should be paid before the title deed transaction. If the transaction will be completed with power of attorney the buyer may appoint a proxy for title deed formalities. In some registry offices (tapu), it is required to have obligatory earthquake insurance “DASK” before the official formalities. In this case, our sales assistance may ask you to obtain this obligatory insurance beforehand. If the buyer is willing to purchase property, house, apartment or flat with mortgage, then the bank mortgage documents should be provided during the application of purchase formalities.
